Customer information and privacy
This notice covers business enquiries submitted on the website of 深圳大眼星空动漫科技有限公司 (B.E.S.S).
Information we receive
Your name, company, contact details, cooperation type, project requirements, estimated quantity and reference files you choose to upload. Company, quantity and files are optional. Provide only information needed to evaluate this project; avoid unrelated sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate projects, contact you, record follow-ups and handle cooperation requests. An enquiry is not a subscription to marketing messages. Contact details and attachments are not published on the website.
Access and maintenance
Only authorized staff can access enquiries and attachments. We keep necessary operation records and backups for recovery. Abuse controls and operational logs protect the service. Attachments are not stored in the public product image directory.
Access, correction, deletion and retention
Email us with your project reference and verifiable contact details to request access, correction or deletion. We verify your identity and consider the project's status when processing requests. Deleted information may remain in backups until those backups expire; confirmed deletion requests must be reapplied after a restore.
Our team should periodically review completed projects and remove information no longer needed. Ongoing cooperation and records subject to applicable retention requirements are handled separately.
